Above all cooperation

Most of our research is performed on semiconductor materials and heterostructures produced by our collaborators, whose list is very long. At this point we would like to thank all of them for their cooperation and joint publications.

Collaboration models

• Research on the issue/problem formulated by us (SME) on samples from collaborators, summarized in a joint publication.
• Performing measurements, analyzing them and interpreting them for an article prepared by collaborators.
• Paid services involving the performance of standard measurements (XRD, PL or other) together with their analysis and interpretation
